History
Hailing from Marco Island, one of the few inhabited stretches of sand in the 10,000 islands comes The Sheffield Crew. A free form collection of Reggae-Hip Hop-Soul-Dancehall-Rock-Blues-and Ska influences that are a sure fire way to smoke out any venue.
The band started from a group of friends hanging out and playing music in Jacobs' garage on Sheffield Avenue in Marco Island. In 2000, Sheffield Crew recorded "The Hemperor," an album that they passed around and burned for each other. Now they're working on another album. They played island restaurants and bars, then spread out to Naples and beyond.
