Don't believe every thing you DON'T hear in the media.

Finnegan on traditional values

We often hear about the open bias from the left leaning media on what has been euphemistically referred to as "the social issues."

On the Life and death issues, such as abortion on demand, and the media's push for the change of the marriage of our forefathers, to somehow include homosexual "marriage," we clearly see this happening. Today I speak on the former, next week the latter.

After 38 years of "choice" you have yet to see what the real face of choice is from the media. This is why a growing number of people see the need to bypass the media, and stand on the streets with the sorry pictures of what abortion does to an innocent and defenseless child.

Abortion, for any reason, and at any time during the first nine months of our lives, is the "law" of our land. Yet, the supreme law of our land, the U. S. Constitution, has no guarantee or right to an abortion anywhere within the document.

Hard to imagine the media's refusal to report the news over the past 38 years without once showing the results of what is todays most common surgical procedure, abortion. No problem in showing and discussing the murder and violence across our country, the war depictions, and recently the horror of the killings and beheadings within Mexico and the drug trade. Pictures, and graphic discussions are front and forward in these cases. One would think that with over fifty million deaths from abortion in our country since 1973, information on what allowed this to happen, and portrayals of the results would be newsworthy.

On January 22, 1973 The U.S. Supreme Court made TWO (not one) major decisions on the same day, Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton. The two taken together allowed for "choice'" to provide for the murder of our children right up until the moment of birth. "Live birth abortions," and " Partial birth abortions," took it yet another step with the killing of the child during her removal from the womb (PBA) and after birth through delivery and neglect.(LBA) Lets see how this happened.

Roe v Wade: First Trimester: "The abortion decision is entirely up to the mother and the abortionist." The state has no say.
Second Trimester: The state MAY regulate abortions ONLY related to maternal health." This involves the place the abortion will take place and the abortionist who will do it.
Third Trimester: "After the 6th and 7th month, the law MAY forbid an abortion that is not necessary to preserve her life or "HEALTH."

Then, the second case, Doe v Bolton was decided on the same day at a seperate time and location by the same Supreme Court. The judges favoring the decision knew that the American people were not ready for abortion on demand (any reason, any time.) (as would Doe soon do) so did not include this in the Roe decision.

In Doe v Bolton the court went on to define the word "HEALTH" in such broad terms that it was meaningless as a preventive of late term abortions. I quote: "The medical judgement may be exercised in the light of all factors-physical, emotional, psychological, familial, and the woman's age-relevant to the well being of the patient." "All these factors may relate to "HEALTH." (Doe v Bolton 1973)

On June 8th, 1982, at an extensive hearings on S.J.Res 110 (pp-3-4) the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee reported, "no significant legal barriers of any kind what so ever exist today in the United States for a woman to obtain an abortion for any reason during any stage of her pregnancy." That my friends is a definition of abortion on demand, the law of our land today.

Do not hold your breath until you see the media, as it should, provide the truth about abortion, and the abortion policy we now have here in our country. The policy that has ruined the lives of millions of mothers, and over 50,000,000 hapless children since 1-22-73.

I thank God for the privilege and opportunity to stand up for those who are unable to speak for themselves in the most horrible of deaths. I thank God for those on the streets of America, and in front of killing centers such as Planned Parenthood in Naples, that have saved thousands of children with their presence, and yet a better choice.

Next week, the media's slanted coverage of the homosexual agenda leading to the indoctrination of our children in this life choice and the attempt to end the 2000 year old marriage of our forefathers.
