A collection of essays and interviews about strategies for enhancing senior citizen lifestyles along the southwest gulf coast of Florida. The author, himself a senior citizen, is constantly amazed at the vitality of the groups and organizations who make life truly golden for so many. Equally amazing is the number of folks who respond "I didn't know that" when told about healthy activities here other than places to eat. So, with a high level of energy, an inquisitive mind, and a desire to engender more "wow" into our lives I begin this new blog as author, editor and guide.
