THE UN-SAVVY SHOPPER!!

DOIN' THE MIROMAR SHUFFLE!!



My friend, Bob, was intrigued with the blogs I write each week. He asked, "How do you come up with all this stuff??"

I said, "I SHOP-SHOP-SHOP!!!"

Well, he thought this was a piece of cake, sooo...this week he is my ghost writer. Keep in mind Bob is NO shopper, he is usually found on the golf course!!

He went to Miromar...that's close to home and no big deal...RIGHT! His adorable wife Helene decided to go along for the shopping trip...(she doesn't like to shop either...she is next to him on the golf course!)

So 'ole Bob gets over to Miromar and she drags him in and out of all the stores, as she discovered REALLY BIG SALES!!! Yes, there are a lotta' sales going on, up to 70 percent off. In some of the stores you take an extra percentage off making it a really good deal. He's really not a very good shopper, ended up carrying all the shopping bags! (I had to go check it out of course to make sure he was doing a good job of reporting!)

The Nine West shoe store has shoes from $19.98...really cute ones!! Helene bought two pairs!

I bought my husband a very nice shirt in Perry Ellis that had been $44, for only $7.90!!!

Men's shorts were 70 percent off. Slacks, tees, shirts of every size and color. Even the cuff links were on sale! I asked the salesperson if they were going out of business and he informed me they were just clearing out stock getting ready for fall merchandise.

Just about every store had sale signs in the windows so I would say this is a very good time to stock up. We spent the whole day there!

Helene went back three days in a row...that alone says something for the sales going on! And Bob, the UN-SAVVY shopper, decided there was a lot of effort in becoming a regular shopper. He'd rather stay home and watch golf! I don't think he is going to take over my job any time soon!!

There are a lot of stores to hit, you will find lots of bargains, we did!

Time for a Starbucks!!

Get on over to Miromar, I think you will have a good time with all the sales and there is a good selection in all the stores!

And Bob...YOU'RE FIRED!!!
