TEENS AND TWEENS

I went into Charlotte Russe to see what kind of store it was... I'd never been in before. It is a fun store, definitely for the younger set. The prices were reasonable and the clothes colorful and cute. Big bold colors in the latest fashions, the long tops and babydoll tops are $20. Darling strapless tops, I liked the white eyelet one at $20. Oh, to be that young again!! I saw a denim short, short -- I mean SHORT skirt -- for $27 and wondered just what it would cover! I mean it was about the size of a postage stamp....course if I was 16.... I wouldn't think so! The casual tanks are $10, tees 2/$20. Short shorts in plaid, stripe and solids are $19, camis 2/$15. Sundresses were only $27 with a nice selection. Lots of Capris too.

Black and white seems to be so in this season and just the thing with lots to choose from at Charlotte Ruses. Hot purses $13-16.

All the jewelry that the kids want... Bright, bright colors... bangle bracelets $6, large bead necklaces $7, huge hoop earrings $6 or if you can't decide, 2/$8.00, all in matching colors to go with all the exciting outfits in the store!

The salesgirl said the dressy section was very popular with the young girls and there is a nice selection.

And the shoes to be found here!! Those are my weakness! The "must-have" this season wedgies at $19, wild flip flops $10, all kinds and colors of flats and the oooh so popular ballerinas in checks and dots at $19.

At the back of the store were sale racks, green dot specials at 50 percent off and blue dots at 75 percent off.

Charlotte Russe is located in the Gulf Coast Center at Alico Road and Ben Hill Griffin Boulevard.

Teens will love it!!
