THERE IS SO MUCH TO SAY ... ABOUT BOMBAY!

Posted October 11, 2007

In Bombay you will find timeless, classics and traditional furniture for every room of your home.

From small side tables, nesting tables or plant stands at $149. Cherry bedroom sets, dining tables, skirted dining chairs in a variety of colors at just $99 each! I liked the Danner wine cabinet at $399. The cherry side board was nice, too. It has glass front doors for displaying some of your pretty pieces and two drawers to store your silver. It was on sale for $399.

I found a nice display of hall or foyer tables from just $99. Bombay also carries bedding sets and curtains. There was a 100 percent cotton Matelasse quilt set with two shams at $149.

The prices are reasonable in this store! The home office furniture was on sale at 40 percent off! They really have some nice pieces if you are in the market for setting up a home office, or adding to one. Bookcases. chairs, filing systems etc. Also find desk accessories, cup pen holders, desk pads, note holders, magnifying glasses to name a few.

You will find a wide variety of things like a slate floor fountain to add some soothing sounds. For a little drama mini chandeliers in several finishes with teardrop crystals on clearance $29.99. Wall art, clocks. Beautiful little jeweled boxes. I liked the larger jewelry box with a jeweled clasp, sale $24. What a great gift to tuck away for Christmas. Yes, I am thinking of Christmas already! I know it isn't even Halloween but most of the stores have their Christmas things in now! Pitiful!

Need a new mirror to spruce things up before the holidays? They have a nice selection and most of them were on sale! Medium size were as low as $39. to $99. for the larger size. One large mirror had scroll leaves around it that had been $249 and now $149 ... my favorite!

All the lamps were 30 percent off. Now is a good time to go in with all the sales going on! I saw four tray tables with a stand $99. Beautiful bowfront bar $599. Dishes and stemware, one set of dishes, service for four in white or blue only $19.99. I loved the clear cobalt blue dishes with ceramic silver balls all around the edge that had been $10. and now $1.99!!
