A great place for something different and unique!

It is owned by Deniz Burleson and has some fantastic finds in it. She carries exquisite jewelry that can run up to the $400. range but also carries whimsical items for gift giving that are unusual and some are only $14. So there is a whole range in this shop. You might remember when she had the shop in downtown Ft. Myers for a number of years. Now she is in Cypress Square off McGregor.

Her jewelry is different than the usual, quite outstanding pieces. Most is hand crafted and many pieces are one of a kind. You will find sterling and many gem stones, black pearls, and jade from delicate to bold and bulky. It will be hard to decide which piece you want, they are all beautiful!

There is an upscale baby department for something different for the new little one. Very hip and classy. I loved the one with the saying "I love you to the moon and back!" How special! Super soft and cozy robes and throws for mommy and baby by Barefoot Dreams.

Another thing that caught my eye were the gifts called Bust Line by Silvestri....they were busts of women with crazy hats or hair each with a sign. I have a friend that this one was made for...Mrs. Returnable!! How appropriate!! Others said Oy Vey, Shopper, Beauty Queen or Birthday Girl they were $16. What a fun, funky gift for a big girls birthday party!

I have a bunch of friends that these cook books were made for. These are definitely going in my gift closet for the up and coming birthdays!! One was "Any Bitch Can Cook"....it means Babe I n Total Control of Herself!!! $30. Another "Any Bitch Can Drink!", full of drink recipes $23. Or "Any Bitch Can Heat Up Leftovers!", don't 'cha love that one! $10. Last but not least "Any Bitch can Party Cookbook" $23. Now, these have to be "good" friends that you give them to but I think they are hysterical!!

As I said she has unusual gifts...I love this store! There was a whole line of pewter measuring spoons with the hangers each spoon with a different design. I sent one to my son, the chef, he loved them! Votivo candles can be found in all scents, $26. Modern candles from Austria in wavy or moon shapes, round or tall and skinny..very distinctive, $14.-21. Cool pottery wall pieces that you put a dried arrangement in, different at $95.-125. Now this was very unlike any other...not your usual picture frame...it was made of smashed bottle caps! $45. Imagine! Lots of wall art and the eye-catching hand made artsy clocks! Deniz carries the unusual balance toys, perfectly balanced fishermen, sailors etc. from $80.-105.

She also carries hand crafted purses made of metal by Martine Cronin, $175. and up.

It is so much fun to browse through Silver & Stones at all the wonderful jewelry, gifts and decorative items. If you are looking for something a little different or unusual or on the whimsical side check Deniz's shop!
