EOC goes on generator power

So Much Drama in the EOC

Just before 8 a.m. the Lee County EOC lost power and was forced to switch to its generators. Officials say operations will run as usual.
The EOC is generally first on the list for repairs once crews go out after the storm. Even if regular electricity wasn't restored for days, the center has the capacity to keep up and running.
Chief Planner Gerald Campbell said the system could run indefinitely as the generator could be refueled.
