Islandeye, your comments bring to light one of the most serious problems with Republicans: they do not respect facts. The war in Iraq is nearing $1 trillion in costs. Corporations are using loopholes to lower or eliminate their tax bills. Does this not trouble you as a so-called conservative? Also, since March 2010 the private sector has added nearly 3 million jobs, while the public sector has shed nearly 300,000 jobs. Why aren't Republicans jumping for joy? Smaller goverment is the hallmark of your existence right? Learn the facts!
