I planned a get together in the East Naples Grill City and called two weeks in advance to make sure they could accomodate our rather large party (40 people). I was told by the manager that it would be no problem and then was told to call two days prior to our planned dinner to confirm. When I called two days prior, no one would return my call. I finally spoke to another manager who told me that they could not accomodate our party after all and that it must have been the previous manager, who no longer works there, that agreed to this. She made no attempt to help me out in any way.

As it turned out, she did me a favor. I promptly called the North Naples Rib City and they were extremely accomodating. The service was wonderful and the food was great. I am sure we would not have received such exceptional service at the East Naples Rib City given the attitude of the current manager. You can be sure that next time our family travels to Naples (which is often), we will patronize the North Naples restaurant and avoid the East Naples Rib City Grill.
