Bill Moss feeling the stress by the recent sunshine law violations allegations has done something to ease the tension amongst his staff and council.
He thought it would be fun to enroll the council and staff in a course at FGCU.
The course "How to send secret encrypted messages via email" began last Monday night where the council was slightly late for the class.
