Years ago I had my profile on Match.com. I am a tall female (5' 10") and it said so on my profile. After being on a few dates with different people, I received an e-mail from a gentleman who was interested in my profile. His e-mail address was "littlevicks." Since he did not have a profile on Match.com I asked him to send a picture. Every image he sent, I could not open. We went back and forth trying to figure out why since I am a graphic designer and had all the software needed. He explained to me that "little vicks" was the name of his vending business and went on to ask me out for lunch. I gave in and said OK. Normally I would have seen a picture first.

My friends at work wanted to go to the same restaurant and check him out. I got to the restaurant first and there drives up a white van with "Little Vick's" on the side. Much to my horror, a midget came out and introduced himself. I let him know how upset I was but sat through lunch with him. He was big on himself and thought he was the cat's meow. Needless to say, my friends showed up and the hostess almost seated them to the table next to us. They told the hostess to pick another table. When I got back to work my friends said they didn't know whether to laugh or cry!

Now when I see midgets on TV I get sick to my stomach! I couldn't believe a year later I saw him in Naples again. Luckily he didn't see me. That's my Match.com story! I'm sure plenty of other people have stories.
