We also have the problem over on Bahama St. of some kid in his pick up truck that likes to do donuts in the muddy empty lots next to our house and across the street on the neighbors lawn late at night. We followed the tracks last time to Sheffield Drive and called the cops. They went to the door of a kid who had been suspected before and his parents wouldn't wake him up to talk to the police. The police came back later (once the kid woke up and worked out his story with his parents) and they said he had been 4-wheeling somewhere else that night. Talk about parents being enablers! They're just as bad as the kid.
