80% of the island may be on sewer but the part that is not are single family homes where most of the year round residents live. How do you think the people living in the districts that are now on sewer are going to vote after being forced on the sewer system? Condos were already on sewer but very few are year round residents compared with single family homes.I do agree that it should not matter how long someone has lived here to run for office, you are ether a resident or you are not, something Ed Issler does not understand.
