Just remember citizens, a vote for Guidry, Hall, Neylon and Batte is a vote for Godfrey Davies. Do you really want Davies making decisions for the well-being of our city? Their plan is that if elected these guys will not only stop the STRP (which will cost all of us increased utility rates) but will also hire Davies as the city manager. What are his qualifications?? What will happen to our city?? He has no qualifications and will make all decisions based on what is best for him. Davies is a good example of why the USA should close its boarders and not let any more aliens come into our country.

Sec. 2-81. Office established; qualifications.
(a) There shall be a city manager, who shall be the chief administrative officer of the city. The city manager shall be responsible to the council for the administration of all city affairs placed in the manager's charge by or under the Charter.
(b) The selection of a city manager shall be based on education, experience, and administrative background.
