For the future of our Island and the future of it's people, I hope these numbers hold true. These numbers are not scientific, but hold some hope for us, here on Marco island. This evening will decide whether we move forward or backward. Let's hope it is forward with Trotter, Recker, Gibson and Waldack. That way we can ALL participate in the political process with Council members that know Marco and are responsible. We enter a time, no matter who wins, where the people need to come forward and participate in the process, rationally.
