The point is that single family homes pay sewer charges for irrigation water that does not go in the sewers. This results in a disproportionate share of the cost falling on them. I am sure you know this and are most likely a beneficiary of this travisty. Reuse water only adds insult to injury, another benefit for the portion of the population not pulling their weight.
It obviously bothers you that I advocate a polical alignment of single family homeowners to offset the influence of the condo association and the hotels. Frankly, I'm impressed with how successful their lobby has been. This election if nothing else will remove a point of division for those who own a majority of the land on this island, the single family homeowners.

As to the financial health of the city. The frantic attempts to bust or circumnavigate the cap speak for themselves.
