I have owned a house and I presently own a condo. As far as I know we are not on reuse water. I do know that our condo association does budget a great deal for water. I also did not see the great decrease in my water bill when I moved into the condo. I guess it has to do with the base charge. There probably does need to be a way to distribute the reuse water so everyone can benefit.
