SmokeyJoe, with all due respect, don't you find it just a little timely that Mr. Kiester is asking for civility now after two years of total disrespect and chaos at council meetings? I don't think anyone is blaming 3000 voters for all the city's problems but Mr. Kiester was a leader to this group. Why didn't he ask for civility when Mr. Popoff's family was threatened or when Mr. Minozzi's boat was damaged, etc.?
Kiesters supporters have been downright nasty to anyone that disagreed with them and Mr. Kiester never requested that citizens "not attack those who have a different vision for the future of our beloved island." Why now?? Seems obvious to me...
