If you read the article above in its entirety you would know that Councilor Popoff did ask for a zero tax increase and it’s not an 11% increase. You should definitely re-read the article?? Popoff mentioned all of the points you made and more. Perhaps it’s your sole intent, like Fossil, to find fault even when someone is acting with your best interest in mind? It sure looks like you are misinformed and misaligned. Get the facts before you write such nonsense!
