Excellent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no need for me to view any vidio, these very responsible and fair public officials and manager's have explained things in a very clear and appropriate manner.

Not only am I impressed with the objective and fair description of the circumstances by the Police Chief, I have found new respect for Mr. Recker. No one denies responsibilty, mistakes are clearly stated but, the real culprits of the events that put these actions and decisions in motion were none other than the activities and behaviors of these culpable arrestee's! Mr. Recker's willingness to go to bat for the officer in connection with the F.D.L.E. Investigation is truelly admirable without a doubt. If he really wants to help though, he needs to turn it down just a notch!
There is no doubt that things went wrong in this situation however, that is the basis that creates the need for law enforcement in the first place. Much of what the police do is actually waiting for the moment for things to go wrong in the community, thus the need for a police response and action. Everything boils down to how the action that the police take turns out.Police Officers are humans, although trained to understand and avoid provocations such as this, but there are times that even with the training that thier emotion and perhaps anger get involved. In most cases,99.5%, the situation is responded to effectively and all parties are on their way. When a situation like this occurs, eveyone knows about it!!
It's great for the community to know that leaders, such as the Chief and Councilman Recker, have properly evaluated the matter and continue to support this officer and the Police Department.
Much to be proud of here!!!!!!!!
