If 82% of MICA respondants were opposed to the electrical whatever study, approximately the same number of Marco residents (give or take a few percent) most likely agree. I could go through the statistics to prove that to you but why bother? It's obvious that you don't understand sampling or statistical theory. A sampling of 5,000 voters (you're the one who "doubled" the number of actual votes) out of 13,000 registered voters is OVERWHELMING evidence that the survey is accurate.
