Well I never lived n New Jersey but I have meet a few people on this Island from that state and they seem okay to me.

As far as being a snowbird I have lived on this island since Andrew and my children were born here and go to school here so I don't think I qualify as a snowbird.

Today's rain? I don't know what part of the island you live on but I did not get rain.....I got a drop or two.
I do remember a heavy rain on the island it was August 1995.
