Is this guy for real? A profit center from a dog park.How about fiscal responsibility.All I see is this city spending more and more,constantly paying
the experts from afar to see how they can spend our money.Running low,we will just raise taxes.Pretty soon this island will be composed of the very wealthy and city employees.
