I did miss the fact that the bond market would become nearly non-existant. I will make another prediction: The 300 homes foreclosed on today is only a drop in the bucket. Prediction isn't really the word I want to use but more like....common sense knoweledge of market trends.

Hopefully not much. Rates to cities on these bonds are sky rocketing. Though I have serious doubt there is anyone smart enough running the city to know this.
