So, Rony Joel has another multi-million dollar "emergency" at the water plant. You call this news? Sounds more like business as usual to me. $6 million can sure buy a lot of wire and wiring components. Doesn't he have any utilities maintenance people who are electrically skilled and can do this work in-house, a little bit at a time? If I were City council I would want to tour the plant and see the life and safety threats first-hand. In these austere times, doing more with less is the new paradigm. Too bad Rony just doesn't get it.
