Let me see if I have this correct: Parking is not allowed in the swale, nor is it allowed in the street. Residents are not allowed to block the sidewalk, regardless of whether the sidewalk is totally useless due to it beginning/ending in an empty lot. Thus, it seems to me that those folks who have short driveways must levitate their vehicles that don't fit in the driveway. Perhaps we need to obtain the services of Chris Angel here to make those extra vehicles disappear during nighttime hours.
This is beyond ridiculous.
