Try this for "common sense"...

Don't park on the sidewalk...and you won't get a ticket.

Furthermore..."re-education"...of what?

Common Courtesy?...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that one is blocking a sidewalk...if they park their vehicle on it.

Some of you are absolutely ridiculous.

The sidewalk, roadway or swale areas are not public parking lots.
