Just where do you get $50? Try $500, but that isn't even the point. They are taxing in order to preserve the ABILITY to spend. That disgusts me! Reminds me of having to submit a ridiculous materials order for my division (Navy) years ago or suffer a reduction in available funds in the future....a problem that the genius McNamara missed when he brought "planned maintenance" from Ford to the Navy. Pretty soon you have fifteen typewriters in a one man office and no place to store them.
