They will tell you that it was ordered by the council. It addds revenue. With a 52% rise in water bills over the next 3 years, the councils statement not some cave dwellers, watch your utility bills skyrocket. And paying a city manager more than the states governor. You do the math. We will see more empty businesses and foreclosed lots and homes. Lets see then how many tourist make this their vacation destination. Further I am losing neighbors who are young professionals, who have lived here for years. At the rate you and the fools at city hall keep chasing them away, you maybe the last man here.
