Code enforcement should assess all penalties and fines on bank or lending institution that have foreclosed on their properties. That would give the city tens of thousands of dollars they spend foolishly without the public's approval. Why should these banks and lending institutions get a break when we the public bail their a---- out their own greed careless management .Make the bank or lending institution clear up all liens prior to transferring a free and clear title to its new buyers, in most cases these institutions forced the previous owner into a foreclosure process by not allowing the homeowner to renegotiate or adjust a suitable payment schedule. The banks and lending institutions received bailout monies from our government but have forgot what those billions of dollars were meant for.
