City Hall=Government Center.

The Police station=Police Station.

Park in the community=City Park.

Jeffrey Dahmer comes to mind.

He may have eaten his fellow human beings private parts.

But you can't say he lied about it.

Comparing the opinions of the Islands citizens and qualifications of other candidates,I think Dahmer takes "the high road"!
