I'm surprised the driver was allowed to pull into a service bay in the first place. In most instances insurers insist that no one but employees are allowed in service areas. For once an insurance company's guideline may have saved a young man from serious injury.
Once again people commenting on something they have no knowledge on what is and what isn't policy??? If a driver can't figure out which is the brake and which is the gas?? maybe they shouldn't be on the ROADS!!
