I used to think highly of our fire chief before reading this nonsense. A demonstration of a gurney on gravel has nothing to do with whether it's dustless or not. I would hope our chief would have better things to do with his time than help harass these poor people. Since it is now a safety issue - I assume the gurneys have no problem rolling thru the sand at the beach.
