"The City of Marco Island was contacted and they informed the county that all of the culverts were cleared and would not need maintenance again for several years. The contractor and I are sure this is untrue as per our inspection and lack of flow at these culverts."
The culverts have been cleaned according to the City of Marco Island. Really! Let us see the documentation because the culverts are still filled with silt. And I for one would like to see the signoff sheet that claims the work completed and I would like to see the invoice sent to Collier County and the inspection by Collier County to confirm payment. What none exists.
Gee and we wonder why we do not trust government.
