Individuals who use this site to demean others are in violation of the User Agreement they have agreed to abide by. It is up to the newspaper to police this site, and as we all know this is not being done. The credibility of this newspaper is at stake as it becomes more of a slander sheet than a viable institution deserving the protection of the First Amendment.
