WHERE DOES IT SAY ANYWHERE IN THE CHARTER SCHOOL APPLICATION THAT THE CITY OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER "MUST GIVE" YOU ANYTHING?

YOU WITH ALL OF YOUR TROOPS SHOULD HAVE HAD THE SITE ALL SET UP PRIOR TO BEGINNING THIS WHOLE PROCESS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY, TAKE YOUR CHARTER AND MOVE WITH IT OUT OF TOWN.
