Customer service is one of the most important in any business. The service provided from the city is terrible. Phone calls are not returned, emails are not answered, communication is horrendous starting with the top guy all the way down. As for the website it looks different but the information if anything has less now than it did just a few months ago. As a big proponent of the interenet and websites I am truly disappointed of the information that is now gone. Looks do not matter if the service and information you are seeking is not there or never answered. What steps are being taken to improve the person to person basic skills that most of us have?Another disappointed newcomer to the island!
