Who do you think you are kidding by jockying the definition to fit your misinformation.

New state of the art school.......Using flourescent light bulbs has nothing to do with the quality of the services provided.

Experiment in education, is another name for using the children as lab rats in order to attempt something that has not been proven.

"World Class" education was used by the proponents from the beginning.

Now you are trying to justify the newest thing out of MarcoDefenders mouth.

You are exactly correct in saying "Experiment in Education" and that is all a Charter school is. NOTHING MORE THAN THAT.
