Where was OSHA when the sewer installers almost killed themselves? Islandeye: I agree, shutting down the company is a bad move. I would rather OSHA have the autority to arrest and jail the owner 1 year for every infraction motivated by saving money. This company can continue without the irresponsible leadership and no jobs need to be lost. I ask you, what would happen if the owner had been found guilty of nelegent homacide? Whould the company go under? I doubt it, someone would step in and cover for him.
