Wow, you don't have to tell me twice to stay off your island and spend my money elsewhere. Since '04 we have been renting out your homes 3 x yr, eat out everynight we are there, buy groceries, fish on charters, rent boats, pay to get on the beach etc...We have been looking to buy a house on MI but with the possibility of paying for an unecessary highschool and community center and now this, I think we'll head elsewhere to find our home. If it's ok with you antisnowbirders, we would still like to use your beach....I promise we won't bother you.
