Speaking of the MIPD, it seems that our City Guru has the bright idea of Community patrols, in season have a hightened police force to patrol the island, and in the off season cut the force down to only two officers on patrol.

I can see it now, a crime is reported, and the city sends all their employees with their NEW embroidered T shirts to act as the backup SWAT Team.
And I wonder who on the code board is embroidering the new T shirts?
