I find it hard to believe an 80 year old woman pulling out of a driveway not looking and flying onto Collier. Why did Lt Goetz say he couldnt say who was at fault and did he say it appeared the 80 year old turned in front of the police car.
Seem's to me he has made up his mind according to the eagle.
