I never got a ticket from this guy, but have had his involvement on a few occasions. i can say FIRST HAND, he is crass, overly impressed with himself, completely oblivious to facts which do not allow him to rush to the dognut store, and just plain oblivious when it comes to stating facts. I for one, will be VERY happy to see him go. I do not have one reservation about saying that either. As concerns "personal attacks" I have a comment for you. What other time can the average citizen get a chance to say what they think about a calous, uncaring, clown of an officer? I do not know his history in other positions as you seem to be impressed with, but I do know him "HERE".. and what i have experienced tells me, we are MUCH better off without him. Good riddence.
