That is the truth nothing else than the truth. But this bringer of happiness brought Marco Island to the point the city is. Bankrupt. The major problem of America are the local governments packed with people have no idea what they do or decide. The best example the totally unnecessary sewer project on Marco Island. Result: Water pollution is the same like before STRP but the city has $ 300 000 000 on debts. A classic example of the Peters Principe.
