You should have someone who knows English write this story. As renters, we were told we had to get a power of attorney from the owners of the rental unit to get a box, or be added to account. After we were added to the account, Comcast said that we had to wait for someone to "install" cable even though we already had it. It would have taken 2 weeks to get it, by that time our vacation was over. Two days at the beach were missed, and 10 days of cable programming was missed. Now that's COMCASTIC!!!
