have you noticed the "KAYAK" launch ramp across from the collier boat ramp on 951...complete with restrooms and picnic area...and the county just could not find the money to build a fishing pier under the new bridge...where's ol Donna baby? too busy trying to raise money for her re-election...or paddling her kayak.
