I'm not going to have a constitutional debate here. The bottom line is the Gov needs to take a step back. If none of the faucets in my home work and I run the hose in the window for water. What business is it of the Gov? It is MY OPINION that the Gov should not have the right to force me to connect to a sewer or force me to do anything else as long as I'm not causing harm to another human being.
