If I put the numbers in right order we have every 2.1726 day one "crime" act on MARCO ISLAND.

Terrible citizens take not care of speed limits.

However - Marco Island do not need 33 sworn in officers for this numbers of "crime acts" cost $ 6 000 000 every year. For some people it must be sexy to have a police force in addition to Sheriff services, law enforcements, Marine Patrol and 26 other security agencies.
If we can not go rid of MIPD than it is at least to reduce. The bottom line is, MIPD is to expensive.

Agree, 33 is too many.
Could be cut by 1/3rd.
