The MIPD should not even be allowed to give tickets for rolling stops, they are the worst offenders. I almost always make a full stop at a stop sign and always use my directionals even when other cars are not around. I do this to set an example for my children who will be driving soon. Unfortunately the MIPD does not set a good example, I thought this would change under Hunter but I guess not. And for all the people on this island who need to have a cell phone glued to your ear, get a bluetooth so you will be able to use both hands and your directionals.
